Attention stage crew and cast, first off let me say that you all did an incredible job and you should all be very proud!

Now it is time to get a little dirty and clean / reset the stage!

We will be working on 11/28 &29 from 6 to 10pm.

We have a lot of work to do so I ask that if you come, please be ready to work!

Painters:

* Inventory the usable paint on hand

* Inventory the usable painting supplies (brushes, rollers, tape, etc.)

* Clean up and organize paint storage area

Set Construction Crew (including any and all that need something to do):

*         Dismantle the set

* Determine the usability of the dismantled parts

* Old materials to be discarded

* Re-usable parts to be organized for storage in either prop room or storage container outside woodshop

* Inventory materials (wood, screws, etc.)

Lighting:

* Strike any unused fixtures and wiring for storage or repair

* Clean and organize the lighting end of the booth

Sound:

* Clean and organize your end of the booth

While we not decided on a specific show for the musical yet, we need to be sure the theatre is ready for general use and everything is ready to go when we start building the set and prep for the show.

Important Notes:

* Do not come in to work in anything other than closed toe shoes! No flipflops and no soft sole slippers - there will be screws and splinters on the floor and we don't want anyone to step on anything.

* Safety glasses must be worn by anyone on stage during set dismantling

* Gloves are suggested to avoid splinters

* Expect to get a little dirty - don't wear clothes you don't want to get dirty

* We may be working outside so be sure to bring a sweatshirt!

Thanks again for all the hard work and dedication!

-Riley
