Hello Everyone!

With events actually starting to happen we have some shoots coming up!
While the year may be coming to a close very quickly we still have:
- 2 concerts
- 1 cabaret night
- 2 graduations

NOTE: This day is one of the giveback days for Memorial Day weekend. we
also have another event happening in the theatre that day... going to be a
lot going on.

NOTE FOR GRADUATIONS:
Graduations have 3 start times to account for weather: 2:30 / 4:30 / 6:30.
The goal is to go for a 2:30 start and if the weather looks bad it
gets pushed 2 hours, and again if needed. We are going to have to start
setting up during the school day. Whoever is available to work the event
will be pulled from school for an "in-school field trip" to the TV studio.
We will set up and be ready by the end of the school day, get some lunch
and be ready for the 2:30 start.
