[GLTV] Track & Field May 12th and 13th

Hey Everyone,

I hope you all are doing well!

We have been tasked with something different... even for us. We are 
being asked to cover a track and field event. We have never done this 
before and if you have never been to a track and field event, it's 
organized chaos. There are events happening everywhere... all at the 
same time.

We are looking to set up our traditional 3 cameras plus one wireless 
field camera. The athletics dept is going to provide us with a 
commentator and we will go from event to event with each camera covering 
a different one.

This is going to be a 2 day event:
Wednesday May 12th
Call 1:30pm in the TV Studio
Event Start: 3:30

Thursday May 13th
Call: 2:00pm in the TV Studio
Event Start: 3:30

My best guess is this is over around 6:30-ish each day.

Since this is so close to the end of school anyone that wants to stay I 
will order pizza for and we can hangout in the studio.

The trailer and cables will be left at the field from one day to the 
next so we have less set up the 2nd day (the cameras do get broken down).
