Hey Everyone,

We have a shoot next Friday:

Prom Fashion Show
Friday 3/2/2017
Setup: 2:45pm (we actually have a lot to set up)
Call: 7:00pm
Start: 7:30pm

For those of you that haven't worked it before, Prom Fashion Show is a 
different type of shoot for us; it's held in the caff and we use the 
port-a-studio to get it done.  We also provide lighting for the event 
that we set up in addition to the video gear. While I will be there to 
help with set up this is the one event a year you guys run yourselves 
(I'm an EMT in Springfield and am on call Friday nights).

If you were there for the Super Saturday game, this will be the first 
shoot for the newly re-designed port-a-studio - the whole thing will be 
shot in HD!

If you are available send me an email or sign up on the wall in the studio!
