[GLTV] Next week in GLTV (Hey Alumni - I need some help)

Hey everyone!

We have 4 shoots left this year and 2 of them are this next week!

Monday 6/5
We have our annual Cabaret for a Cure.... oops I mean Cabaret Night 
(Lawyers won't let us call it that anymore)
This is the annual fund raiser for Daddy's Crew

Setup: Lunch *cameras are already in place*
Call: 6:30pm
Start: 7:00pm

ALUMNI - If any of you are around to help the tv/stage crew on this one 
I would really appreciate it. It's my mother-in-laws birthday and I am 
not able to attend. Everything will be set up and ready to go after 
school I just need someone there to make sure everything goes smoothly.


Wednesday 6/7
Senior Awards
Setup: Lunch *cameras are already in place*
Call: 7:00pm
Start: 7:30pm
Underclassmen - we are really going to need you for this since most of 
our seniors will be up on stage!


Looking ahead
GRADUATION!
CMS - 6/19 - This is the last shoot for our graduating seniors...
GL - 6/20 - Retire the bus with the class of 2017
Details will follow for both


Finally - Alumni Wall!
Graduating seniors (or Alumni that haven't brought one in): Don't forget 
to bring in your pennants for the alumni wall where you will be 
immortalized forever (or at least until I retire)
